SC Performance & Coaching offers individualised Pilates and evidence-based 1:1 coaching designed to support movement quality, strength development, and long-term performance.

All sessions are delivered with intention and clarity, ensuring each client receives an approach aligned with their goals, background, and training needs.

1:1 Coaching

All 1:1 coaching programs run in 6-week minimum blocks and begin with an initial in-person consultation, including movement screening, performance testing, and individual goal setting.

This ensures each client enters their program with a clear, structured pathway for progression.

Clients may choose from the following coaching formats:

Online Coaching — $45/week
Remote programming and ongoing support, including personalised training plans, progress monitoring, and regular communication.

Hybrid Coaching — $85/week
Includes one in-person session per week, combined with structured remote session programming.

In-Person Coaching — $150/week
Three one-on-one clinic-based sessions per week, with full supervision and hands-on coaching.
