SC Performance & Coaching combines a strong exercise science foundation with an evidence-based approach to coaching and Pilates Movement. Sessions are designed to develop strength, control, and confidence through purposeful training that supports performance and long-term capacity.
Background
A foundation in dance and movement developed an early appreciation for control, alignment, and body awareness, which continues to shape coaching today. Combined with experience in multidisciplinary high-performance environments, this informs an approach that values precision, adaptability, and long-term development.
Working alongside physiotherapists and coaching staff has reinforced the importance of collaboration, individualisation, and evidence-based practice in achieving sustainable performance outcomes.
